CONSULT + MEAL PLAN

$90 | 75 Minutes

This nutrition consult is meant to start identifying the characteristics of each client’s daily routine and to set the groundwork for success in terms of their health and fitness goals. Together, the coach and client will establish and analyze daily food consumption and timing. Once a clear starting point has been established, immediate actionable steps and recommendations will be given. Follow-up sessions are available.

4 SESSIONS + MEAL PLAN

$320 | Initial Consult 75 Minutes
Follow-up Sessions 45 Minutes Each

This is a comprehensive program designed to not only identify the current characteristics of your daily routine and diet, but to solidify a full and actionable plan to improve your overall health through proper nutrition. With multiple sessions to check your progress as you go through your custom guidelines and learn the effects of the food and drink you consume, you will begin to understand how important proper nutrition is to any health or fitness goal. Supplementation recommendations based on your needs will also be included in your guidelines.

We have more control over our food choices than we have been led to believe. I come from a culture where the topic of nutrition only comes up when there is a diagnosis of an illness. The foods we eat impact us on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Nutrition is truly everyone’s business. I want to educate clients and bring awareness of the impact of food on health, wellbeing, and quality of life. I want to help my clients gain confidence in making better food choices for themselves and their families and provide support as they make changes.
