This 8 Week Package Includes:

  • Approximately 60-minute initial session

  • 7 follow-up counselling sessions, approximately 30 min. each

  • A detailed analysis of your eating habits and personal goals by a registered dietitian and nutritionist, based on your food log

  • A custom-made meal plan based on your specific goal, lifestyle, food preferences, sensitivities, budget, etc. meticulously designed for weight loss.

  • A co-created shopping list that includes various food recommendations, including brand names, for your next grocery store trip.

  • Specific food suggestions and simple, nutritious recipes designed to help you lose weight and keep it off.

  • New: A detailed guideline with specific visual examples designed to help you navigate your way around serving sizes

  • Unique: Wine, beer and spirits selection guide designed to help you make more informed alcohol choices to avoid self-sabotaging your goals when you drink—a common stumbling block for many.

  • Revamp of your favourite recipes, if desired.

  • Recommendation of high-quality vitamins and supplements, if applicable. On-going support of a nutritionist for the duration of the program to ensure accountability and to significantly increase your chances of reaching the desired goal.

  • Weekly weigh-ins to track progress
