Sports Diet Package

This 8 Week Package Includes:

  • Approximately 60-minute initial session

  • 7 follow-up counselling sessions, approximately 30 min. each

  • A detailed analysis of your eating habits and personal goals by a registered dietitian and nutritionist, based on your food log

  • A custom-made meal plan based on your specific goal, lifestyle, food preferences, sensitivities, budget, etc. meticulously designed for weight loss.

  • Specific food suggestions and recommendations of recipes.

  • Specific supplements suggestions and recommendations of supplement stacks appropriate for the sport/contest/ activity

  • On-going support of a nutritionist for the duration of the program to ensure accountability and to significantly increase your chances of reaching the desired goal.

  • Access to a network of reputable health practitioners and coaches, if desired.

  • Weekly weigh-ins to track progress.

  • 7 follow-up counselling sessions aimed at monitoring and analyzing progress

You can bring your questions to each session and have them answered.

Sessions are conducted in-person, by phone, Skype, FaceTime or Zoom, for your convenience
