Valerie’s Rhythm + Flow Yoga is a sequence of postures to ground and balance the body. Set to a soothing soundtrack, we work in slow rhythm as we link breath to intentional and thoughtful movement. We play and experiment in dynamic poses while finding softness in stillness. We gently move into rest for ultimate calming and rejuvenation.
