One-Time Nutritional Package

Type

This approximately 60-minute session includes:

  • An analysis of your eating habits and personal goals by a registered and recognized Toronto nutritionist, based on your food log.

  • A custom-made meal plan based on your specific goal, lifestyle, food preferences, budget, etc.

  • A co-created shopping list that includes various food recommendations, including brand names, for your next grocery store trip.

  • Specific food suggestions and recommendations of recipes. Weight loss tips, if desired.

One follow-up email to check on your progress.

Sessions are conducted in-person, by phone, Skype, FaceTime or Zoom, for your convenience
