This approximately 60-minute session includes:
An analysis of your eating habits and personal goals by a registered and recognized Toronto nutritionist, based on your food log.
A custom-made meal plan based on your specific goal, lifestyle, food preferences, budget, etc.
A co-created shopping list that includes various food recommendations, including brand names, for your next grocery store trip.
Specific food suggestions and recommendations of recipes. Weight loss tips, if desired.
One follow-up email to check on your progress.
