Regardless of your current level of fitness all future athletes must partake in our assessment protocol.

We use an in depth assessment to determine the underlying needs of each athlete that uses our services. After the assessment, we create a periodization program, starting with corrective strengthening, strength development and athletic development.

We assess the following components to assure that we have covered everything possible to cater a program specific to your needs (what was found in assessment) without neglecting your wants (your personal goals):

    • posture analysis

    • movement analysis

    • muscle testing

    • range of motion / flexibility 

    • strength testing
