is the head coach with over six years experience in his field. His practice centres around three pillars: Personal Training, Athletic Therapy and Exercise Physiology. Eddy is also a skilled boxer having participated in a number of amateur level fights. He believes in constantly expanding your knowledge of the body and how it works. Eddy is part of the Puma Toronto Team Faster collective.
With a strong want to work with the community and practice inclusivity in fitness, Eddy founded Unchained Athletics to provide a team to the everyday individual.
is the head of all-things-not-related-to-head-coaching with a background in community work & event planning. She believes there should be no barriers to fitness but knows the reality is different. She is invested in working to break (into) spaces, ideologies and barriers that stops access for individuals.
For over ten years, Valerie has been a yoga practitioner, studying a variety of lineages of Hatha and Vinyasa, including Bikram and Modo/Moksha. After learning the empowering and healing effects of yoga on the mind and body especially for athletes, she was inspired to become a certified teacher and create classes that would be accessible for all.
In 2018, She completed 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Modo Yoga International in Montreal. Forever a humble student, Valerie continues her studies to complete 500 hours of YTT certification. With a focus on proper alignment and breath awareness, her sessions will encourage cultivating mindful practices and promote a clear game time mindset.
With the knowledge that there’s no better competition than yourself, Haley promises to improve your weaknesses and target your strengths to develop the everyday athlete. With experience in the field for 3+ years and a background in karate and self-defence, Haley will always push the bar to unlock your full potential of physical activity.
As well as emphasizing the importance of proper movement patterns and injury prevention to aid and enhance all aspects of life in and out of the weight room.
